Sermivida Celebrates Culture, Joy, and Community at Its Kermés

Joy, culture, and solidarity came together at Sermivida during a very special event: our community Kermés, a celebration created to bring children, young people, adults, families, and volunteers together in a space for sharing and connection.

Throughout the day, the community enjoyed a variety of food, activities, and shared experiences, turning the Kermés into a true celebration of togetherness. The event also featured games, bingo, music, entertainment, and cultural performances, creating special moments for families and community members to enjoy together.

One of the highlights of the day was the participation of our children and young people in the cultural performances. They showcased their talent through traditional dances, music, and costumes inspired by different regions of Colombia. The Andean, Pacific, and Caribbean regions were represented, taking the audience on a colorful journey through Colombia's rich cultural heritage.

The children's performance was one of the most memorable moments of the celebration. With enthusiasm and dedication, they showed how art and culture can also become powerful tools for learning, self-expression, confidence, and community building.

Beyond the food, games, and performances, the Kermés was an opportunity to come together. Every family, volunteer, and participant contributed their energy and enthusiasm, making solidarity one of the most important ingredients of the day.
